Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all purchases made through Berg Eyewear (“we”, “our”, “us”).

Order Processing

All prescription eyewear is custom-made to your specifications at the time of order.

Please allow up to 10 business days for:

  • Lens manufacturing
  • Assembly
  • Quality assurance
  • Dispatch

Processing times may be extended during peak periods or if additional prescription verification is required. If significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Order cut off: 5:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney).

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery timeframes depend on your location and the shipping carrier.

  • Australia (Standard Shipping): 3–7 business days after dispatch

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays outside our control, including courier disruptions, weather events, or peak delivery periods.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping fees for Australian purchases are all included in the purchase price. No more to pay. 

Express shipping is an option the customer can choose for an additional fee. 

All applicable fees are clearly displayed before payment and form part of your final order total.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

It is your responsibility to ensure:

  • Your shipping address is accurate and complete
  • You monitor your shipment using the tracking provided

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide.

International shipping may be available upon request. Please contact us for availability, pricing, and any applicable customs or import requirements.

Delivery Issues & Risk of Loss

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly. We will assist by lodging an inquiry with the carrier. Any resolution will be subject to the carrier’s investigation process.
