Measuring your pupillary distance (PD)
Your pupillary distance (PD) is the distance between the center of your right pupil and the center of your left pupil, measured in millimeters. This measurement is required to accurately make your glasses. With the correct PD, we ensure you always look through the optimal part of your lenses.
How do you measure your PD?
Good news: We can easily and accurately measure your PD using our built-in software measurement tool. It's easy:
Step 1: Go to the product page of the glasses you want to order.
Step 2: Use the PD measurement tool available directly on the product page. Make sure your camera (on your phone or laptop) is ready, and have a card with a magnetic strip handy.
Step 3: Follow the simple instructions in the tool. Your PD will be measured automatically and added directly to your order.
Why is this important?
The PD measurement ensures we can tailor make your glasses so you look through the optimal part of each lense. This will ensure your vision is sharp and accurate.
