Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note:
- Returns for change of mind (non-defective items) are shipped at the customer’s expense.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
For approved cases, we will:
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Offer a replacement or full refund

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
The quickest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved. Customers are entitled to a maximum of one return for change of mind (non-defective items). Each order is custom made to the customer's prescription.
Refunds
Refunds are available only for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider
