How our glasses are made
Every pair of glasses embarks a long journey from frame design to lenses installation to the final product delivered at your door. We don’t own any factories, instead, we’ve built long-term partnerships with trusted suppliers. We’re proud to work with some of the most experienced and skilled manufacturers in the industry. Did you know it takes more than 60 steps to make a single pair of acetate glasses? Let’s take a closer look.
Sourcing the best materials
We are very careful when selecting frame materials, lenses, and other components for our glasses. We aim to build long-term relationships with our suppliers, based on consistency, quality, working methods, ethical and environmental impact, and shared values. Our suppliers comply with international standards to deliver you outstanding quality at a fraction of the expected cost.
Making the glasses
Our lenses are made in a state of the art, modern factory. Each lens is made and custom fit to the frame of your choosing by experienced staff. By combining automated and manual processes, we ensure your glasses are made to perfection and delivered to your home.
Fitting the lenses
We work with lens suppliers in China. The lenses are custom-made and fitted into the frames by skilled craftsmen.
Packing and shipping
Once the glasses are fully assembled, they are carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped directly to the customer. This streamlined process reduces handling time and minimizes transit delays, allowing for faster delivery. By eliminating intermediate warehousing, we improve efficiency, maintain product quality, and provide customers with a more seamless and reliable purchasing experience.
